Case studyBrand identity
Marlow.
A botanical skincare house, rebuilt from the ground up — naming, positioning, identity and packaging system.

01 · Brief
A botanical line for a generation that reads ingredient lists.
Marlow came to us with a shelf full of clean formulas and a wordmark that disappeared next to its competitors. The brand needed to feel rooted, slow and a little bit literary — without falling into the wellness-beige bucket every clean-skincare line lands in.
We rebuilt the brand around the idea of considered botany — herbal, precise, and quietly confident.
02 · Identity
A wordmark that breathes.
A custom-drawn ligature with a single italic syllable — small enough to live on a 30ml dropper, present enough to anchor a billboard.

03 · Palette
Six colors. No filler.
A grounded primary, a clay-toned signal, and four supporting tones drawn from the species the line is built around — sage, olive bark, hemp paper, dried marigold.

Considered formulas, photographed in natural light, packaged in mono-material glass that returns to the earth. We make products with single-origin botanicals because the ingredient list is the marketing.
